Where we ship
We ship worldwide to the address you enter at checkout.

How long it takes
Most orders arrive in 10–25 business days after you pay. Some countries take longer because of customs or the carrier.

Who sends it
Your order is packed and sent by our supplier. You will get tracking when they provide it.

Shipping cost
The price at checkout includes the shipping we charge. If your country adds import tax or duty, that is paid by you to customs.

Wrong address
If the address is incomplete or wrong, the package can be lost. We cannot reship for free in that case.

Delays
Weekends, holidays, and customs checks are not a reason for an automatic refund. Contact us if there is no movement for a long time after the expected window.
